Book your hen boarding here. We charge £2 per bird per night.( a minimum of £6.00 per night )  There is a minimum charge and deposit of £24 payable online.

Please note: 
Drop off between 12pm > 4pm, Monday > Saturday.
Pick up between 10:30am > 1pm, Monday > Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays for drop off and pick up.

Your Poultry will benefit from:

  • A safe secure and trustworthy home , looked after by professionals.
  • The health and happiness of your birds are our main priority.
  • We have the experience to deal with any eventuality should it arise. As owners you can be confident in our service.
  • Your flock will be checked twice daily as a minimum, they can be shut in the housing as night if you wish.
  • Your birds can be sure of a happy healthy stay.
  • Clean and appropriate housing.
  • Droppings in the house will be cleaned daily. Complete weekly clean.
  • Disinfected and cleaned thoroughly between stays.
  • Ample outdoor space with shade shelter, plenty of meadow grasses, duck bath areas, fresh spring water and high quality feed.
  • Health check on arrival and treatment for mites and lice as standard service. We can also clip wings if requested
  • Individual requirements catered for on request by yourselves.

We can worm you birds for an additional charge of £2.00 per bird.

Collection and storage of eggs for you on check out if you require.

    Have boarded several different sets of bantams at Moonridge over the last few years. Always well cared for and I know I am leaving them in safe hands! Thanks Moonridge – great B & B service!! 🙂

A Word On Stock At Moonridge

All stock is live and as accurate as possible on this website. We hatch and rear most of our own birds and breed our own livestock so in most cases there would be something growing on that would be ready to go shortly.
