Our geese are the traditional Norlfolk breed . These birds have an excellent meat to bone ratio and tend to be more compact making them fit more easily into the oven!!
We have reared geese for the Christmas market for the past four years , average finished weight of last years bird was fifteen pounds long legged .
Our geese enjoy free range over 30 acres of Mid Devon meadow land with access to fresh spring water and natural ponds .
We keep a limited number of geese prefering to concentrate on the quality of the bird then on quantity .
Our geese are fed on specialist feed from a local mill with out any GM products or antibiotics .
Our geese are a quality product and finished to a high standard . We have always received positive feed back and have secured much repeat business .
Our geese are processed on our farm ensuring that the least amount of stress for the bird .
